Returns or Exchanges

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@primalkisses.com immediately if the item/s are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

You have 60 days from the day you receive your delivery to send them back to us for store credit. Email info@primalkisses.com to initiate a return. For sanitary reasons please try on garments over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained. We cover the shipping charges back to us for exchanges on Australian orders. 

REFUNDS

You have 10 days from the day you receive your delivery, to organise and begin the refund process. Email info@primalkisses.com to initiate a return. Please note: All items that are being returned for a refund have to be in original condition, unworn and returned in original packaging. Sale items are final sale are not eligible for a refund. We do not cover return shipping charges for refunds.

AFTERPAY/ZIPPAY RETURNS:

If you have purchased through AfterPay/ZipPay, the returns process is the same as the above. If an exchange, a store credit will be issued and your AfterPay payment plan will continue. If a refund is issued, it will go through Afterpay. Afterpay will refund you and payments you have made + cancel any remaining payments you have for your order. 

SALE PERIODS

Black Friday / Cyber Monday / Boxing Day etc.

Items purchased during our sale periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day are final saleThey cannot be refunded, but we do accept exchanges.
